Timber Framing Workshop

May 14th – 21st, 2022

Learn the basics of timber framing in this one-week course led by two local timber framers.

Students will participate in laying out, cutting joinery, and assembling the frame for a storage building, which will be used by the Finland Community Center.

Course tuition: $850 (scholarships available for Lake and Cook County residents!)

We want to encourage anyone who is interested in this class to have an opportunity to attend. Because of this, scholarship opportunities are available for Lake and Cook County residents. Please let us know if you are interested in a scholarship when applying.
